Mr. Dong Jun (Allen) is Founder and CEO of JIMU Group. Allen has 13 years of international financial services experience. Allen previously served as a bond trader and fixed income portfolio manager at the New York Branch of Bank Hapoalim, the largest lender in Israel. At Hapoalim, he managed a portfolio consisting of more than US$4 billion worth of fixed income assets. After relocating back to China in 2008, Allen founded Credit Heng, an SME lending platform based in Kunming, China. He holds a bachelors degree from Yunnan University, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and an EMBA degree from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Allen is a CFA Charterholder and holds CMA and CFM designations.
Mr. Xie Qun (Trent) has 16 years of experience at international financial institutions and is a leading expert in financial risk management. In 1997, Trent joined GE Capital in the US as a senior risk management manager. In 2000, he joined Citibank as a vice president in credit card and SME loans with responsibility in managing risk assets of more than US$10 billion. He returned to China in 2003 and has served as a risk management consultant to Everbright Bank, Bank of China, Bank of China (Hong Kong). Trent holds a Ph.D in statistics from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Nankai University.
Mr. Li He has more than 10 years of experience in internet product development. As a serial entrepreneur, he has extensive knowledge in research and development focusing on mobile and internet products. Mr. Li was previously a senior technology consultant at online travel website Qunar.com. His team advised EPSON, Qunar.com, Baidu and Lenovo on product development, marketing and technology applications. He Co-founded LIMIKU in 2015, focusing solely on the high prospects of China’s auto finance market. Mr. Li holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
Mr. Peng Shaoxin has 10 years of experience in commercial banking and more than 10 years of experience in micro-credit management. He previously worked for the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences as an official in its Funding the Poor Cooperative project, was a regional manager in Zhong An Credit’s IPC micro-lending business unit, and the sales department head of Sunshine Insurance Group’s credit insurance division. Mr. Peng has an in-depth understanding and operational experience in the microfinance model of the Grameen Bank, the personal loan model of the People's Bank of Indonesia, and the micro-financing model of IPC GmbH. Mr. Peng, who joined JIMU in 2014, holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Xiamen University and a MBA from the University of Strathclyde in UK. He has the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification offered by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
Ms. Guo Hongwei has more than 10 years of experience in law.
She holds diversified experience across law,
financial and innovative financial sectors.
As a law specialist in internet finance, she has an in-depth understanding and extensive knowledge in micro financial services.
Ms. Guo, who joined JIMU in 2013,
holds a bachelor’s degree in Laws.
Mr. Huang Zexiong has 7 years of experience in the financial sector. Previously to joining JIMU in 2015, Mr. Huang worked for Credit Heng, a leading microcredit platform based in Yunnan Province, China. Mr. Huang has accumulated extensive experience providing financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises, finance guarantees, consumer installment loans, real estate mortgage financing and other financing products. Mr. Huang, who joined JIMU in 2015, holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Yunnan University of Finance and Economics.
Mr. Chen Chao has 10 years of experience in credit risk management and credit management consulting. Mr. Chen previously worked for a leading microfinance company from 2006 to 2012, with job duties across risk management and business development. Prior to joining JIMU in 2014, he took the positions as a deputy manager and director of a microloan management company’s microfinance business unit. He was responsible for risk management, team management and consultation.
